Richard Codor makes a living drawing humorously. His cartoons and illustrations have appeared in national and international newspapers, magazines, books, and cartoon collections. His Joyous Haggadah is a perennial best seller during the Passover holiday. He also works as a storyboard artist on animated TV shows and feature films.

He is a recipient of the Jewish Press Association/Rockower Award for Cartooning and the first Charles Schulz Prize.

Richard lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Liora Codor, photographer and they have two children.
